AWANNCOSTA combines the natural beauty of the shoreline with a thriving culinary scene and family-friendly recreation spots. We are currently transforming this vibrant area into a must-visit destination for all ages, promising unforgettable experiences for everyone.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at AWANNCOSTA by AWANNGROUP in Semarang. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure operational efficiency, and implement strategies for business growth and development.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in accounting or auditing and account payable preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • 2. Experience with income auditing, revenue management, or financial reporting is beneficial.
  • 3. Familiarity with invoice processing, payment procedures, and vendor management.
  • 4. Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends.
  • 5. Ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports.
  • 6. Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • 8. High level of integrity and adherence to confidentiality.
  • 9. Capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions effectively.
