L.K. Group was founded in 1979, focusing on three major industries: die-casting machines, injection molding machines, and CNC machining centers. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2006 (stock code: 00558 HK).
LK is setting up a technical center and showroom in Semarang, Indonesia with a total area of 3,947 square meters. We are looking for an experienced and capable Regional Manager and Project Manager to be responsible for the preparation and subsequent operation of this project. 
 
Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
- The preparation of the Indonesian technical center, supervising the construction progress, and ensuring the project is completed on time
- Managing the daily operation of the technical center
- Developing and implementing the operation plan of the branch company to ensure steady growth of the branch company’s business
- Team recruitment and building to ensure efficient team operation
- Managing the technical team, organizing employees to regularly visit customer factories, and promptly identifying and responding to customer needs
- Managing the sales team and improving sales performance
- Other affairs of the Indonesian Technical Center.
 
Requirements:
- College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related management is preferred
- With at least five years of experience in project management or operation management, and individuals with a manufacturing background are preferred
- Indonesian, English and Chinese, proficient in at least two or three languages. Indonesian is preferred
- Those familiar with the local business environment, laws & regulations and labour market in Indonesia is an advantage
- Excellent team management and organizational coordination skills, able to handle complex multi-task environments
- Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness, able to establish long-term cooperative relationships with customers
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to the working environment in Semarang, Indonesia.
