Job Scope :
- Implement and coordinate all industrial and employee relations management activities.
- Update and monitor Industrial Relations to ensure work stability and harmonious working relations.
- Recommend several Employee programs to ensure good employee engagement and compliance both in internal and external areas.
- Handle all Employee disputes and become an advisor for Tenant issues or recommendations as needed.
- Ensure and monitor the implementation of tenant industrial relations best practices to avoid bigger problems in the future.
- Provide recommendations to the Company on the implementation of industrial relations best practices to anticipate unwanted problems in the future
Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor degree in Law
- Have min work experience. 5 years in the same position
- Work experience in Industrial Areas as Industrial Relations will be an added advantage
- Have competence and experiences in the field of Industrial Relations, Termination Management, Regulation Business Process, Labour Laws, Labor Union, HR-IR Regulation, employee relation
- Have an PKPA License
- Good Work & Social Attitude
- Fluent in English both oral & Written
- Willing to be placed in Kendal
