REQUIREMENT
-Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or related field
-Minimum 2 years of footwear industry experience.
-Exposure in IE project (One Pair System etc.)
-Hands on in shoe process development
-Analyse and addressing problem solving in production process
-Proactive / communicative / resilient / attitude / composure personality
-Ability to establish priorities and time management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
– Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement 
– Supporting informed decision making, and responsible for procuring coupon/standard Production Minutes Statements for each article in production
– Design and implement effective systems and workflows that align with organizational goals and promote a lean and agile operational environment.
– Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs without compromising quality or safety standards.
– Work closely with cross-functional teams, to integrate engineering solutions seamlessly into the overall business strategy.
– Ensure that the 5S of the work area.
