Roles & Responsibilities
This position is designed for individual with no prior experience to those with up to two years of experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Individual to become an integral part of our team in Garment Manufacturing. 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Involvement experience in Kaizen, implementing Lean methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in English is essential for this role
- Detail-oriented and outstanding problem-solving abilities
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for learning and professional development
- Capable of collaborative teamwork and adept at communicating with stakeholders across function
- Willing to be placed in Jepara – Central Java or Bandung – West Java.
