IE SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree’s in industrial engineering, mechanical/electrical knowledge, and automation.
2. Experienced in IE Supervisor Level at least 2 years.
3. Skilled in using office software, CAD, or other design tools.
4. Strong communication and logical thinking skills, with a sense of responsibility and teamwork.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin or English is preferred.
6. Willing to be placed in Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
Job Description:
Automation Project Responsibilities:
1. Research and evaluate cost recovery data in the initial stages of automation projects.
2. Follow up on prototype/batch machine verification, collect and process data, address issues, and ensure smooth operation.
3. Coordinate materials, personnel, and equipment setup related to automation deployment.
4. Conduct safe operation training and provide machine adjustment and maintenance skills training.
Improvement Project Responsibilities:
1. Use IE techniques to improve product processes, enhance production line efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce costs.
Additional Tasks:
1. Assist in purchasing and assessing unfinished machinery and evaluating its feasibility.

IE CLERK
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree’s in industrial engineering, mechanical/electrical knowledge, and automation.
2. Proficient in office software, Basic English or Chinese communication skills.
3. Experience with SAP/ERP/PLM systems.
4. Familiarity with BOM data flow structure (preferred).
5. Knowledge of pine and blown product production processes (preferred).
6. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
7. Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
8. Willing to be placed in Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
Job Description:
1. Manage all SAP-related transactions in the factory workshop.
2. Provide accurate and timely feedback on SAP information.
3. Assist in data analysis and process improvement.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
5. Support the integration of SAP/ERP systems with production workflows.
