Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Productivity: Improve process capability and production volume, review process and layout, manpower and flow of raw material.
- Waste: Eliminate and reduce waste for improving efficiency and profitability.
- Measuring: Measuring accurate factory efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity study, time & motion study, and OEE.
- Reporting: Preparing efficiency reporting, KAIZEN, waste, OEE and raw material consumption.
- Documentation: Implementing and maintaining Quality Management System, establishing SOP and WI including record all of documents related with Industrial Engineering.
- Project Participation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production and working with management teams to provide recommendations and solutions for productivity and efficiency.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma on industrial engineering/general engineering/Science. 
- Minimum above 3 years’ experience LEAN manufacturing. 
- Able to operate Industrial Engineering tools and methodologies.
- Familiar with continuous improvement/KAIZEN.
- Have experienced job with an international industry will be an advantage. 
 
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD, Visio.                       
- Have Lean Sigma Belt holder will an advantage.
- Have knowledge with ISO 9001.
- Have a good analytical thinking.
- Excellent presentation, problem-solving and communication.
- Good written and spoken English language.
