About the role
Join PT.Jiale Indonesia Textile’ as a Human Resources professional in our Jepara, Central Java location. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in human resources and contribute to the growth and success of our textile manufacturing company.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor Degree in Law or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience working in Industrial Relation at Manufacturing.
- Have strong knowledge about work law regulations, labor union, investigation.
- Maintain positive relations with labor unions and employee representatives.
- Fluent in English and mandarin both oral and written.
- Strong cross-departmental coordination and communication skills.
- Strong business insight, in-depth understanding of the business of each department according to the company’s development strategy.
- Ability to establish and improve the human resources management system, and promote and implement the system.
- Able to wok under pressure and fast learner.
- Willing to be place in Jepara – Central Java Java
