JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Planning, execution and evaluation all industries & employee relations program
- Ensure that company policies and regulations well implemented and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Responsible to support the engagement activities with both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain good relationship with all stakeholders in industrial relation related
- Handle industrial relation matters and represent the company in discussion with labour unions
 
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree, Law Major
- Min 3 years experince as Industrial Relation Supervisor, in a manufacture company
- Have experiences and good knowledge in human resource – industrial relation
- Strong interpersonal skill, strong analytical, problem-solving skills, detail oriented
- Good in english, both verbal and written
- able to join ASAP
