JOB PURPOSES AND DESCRIPTIONS:
- Initiate and bridge cooperation with Bank Partner
- Conduct regular relationship with Bank Partner to monitor business development and establish close communication
- Conduct product socialization and training to Bank Partners
- Provide explanations about bancassurance products and company profiles to Bank Partner customers
- As a party that communicates company policies to Bank Partners related to applicable regulations
- Meet sales targets to achieve good performance
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Diploma 3 education from any major
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing/Sales/Banking Industry/Consulting/Bancassurance field
- Experience in selling insurance products, financial service, or investment products
- Basic knowledge of Banking and Insurance Industry
