Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the management processes and systems of the Indonesian administrative system
2. Responsible for the company’s qualification processing, government department docking, public sector docking and other comprehensive affairs
3. Responsible for company-level business reception arrangements and support
4 , Responsible for the translation and management of the company’s contracts, materials, and documents.
5. Responsible for the personnel management of local employees of the company.
6. Undertake other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job requirements:
1. No restriction on major, with translation and communication skills in Chinese, English and Indonesian
2. Familiar with Indonesian government departments, Indonesian laws and regulations, Indonesian finance and tax-related departments.
3.Have more than 1 year of administrative-related work experience
工作职责:
1、负责拟定印尼行政体系管理流程与制度的制定执行;
2、负责公司的资质办理、政府部门对接、公共部门对接等综合事务工作;
3、负责公司级商务接待安排与支持;
4、负责公司的合同、资料、文档的翻译与管理。
5、负责公司当地雇员的人事管理。
6、承办领导交待的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、专业不限,具备中文、英语和印尼语的翻译、沟通能力;
2、熟悉印尼的政府部门、印尼法律法规、印尼财务、税务相关部门。
3、具有1年以上行政相关工作经验;
