Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities: 
- Assist in the development and implementation of Virtual Simulation programs/projects/events for our Semarang mills. 
- Assist in managing and analysing data, including but not limited to assessment results and employee training programs. 
- Taking pictures & videos needed to support the project 
- Support daily business operational, such as administrative task related to learning and development programs. 
Job Requirements: 
- Fresh graduate/Final year student with no class to attend majoring in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering 
- Possesses strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills 
- Having photography skills will be considered an added value 
- Proactive and highly initiative to ensure projects run according to plan 
- Demonstrates a keen interest in learning and exploring new innovations 
- Must have a personal device (Laptop, Handphone with minimum 48 MP) 
- Optional: have a DSLR camera and experienced in using it 
- Working arrangement: WFO, Monday-Friday, 08.00-17.00 WIB 
- Internship duration: 3.5 months 
- Placement: Bawen, Semarang
