About The Company:
- The working venue is in Semarang.
- Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Internal Control (Risk & Compliance) Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform control function and ensure the operational administration and management activities in accordance with policy and SOP.
- Check, review, and improve company workflow operation, policy & procedure, and internal control checking.
- Responsible in ensuring company operational comply with the regulation.
- Communicate and discuss with other department stakeholder to ensure effective workflow operation.
- Create report to division manager.
- Other related task assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, law or any related Major.
- Has minimal 3 years of experience Internal Control Staff or 1 year experience of supervisor.
- Conversational level of English proficiency.
- Good understanding of internal control procedures.
- Familiar with regulation compliance.
- Good communication skill, analytical & logical thinking.
- Able to work in a team.
