Job Summary
The ISO Supervisor is responsible for supporting the ISO Manager in daily department operations, ensuring the effective implementation of quality management systems, and maintaining compliance with ISO standards. This position involves overseeing document control, procedural compliance, and EHS equipment inspections to uphold operational excellence and regulatory requirements.
Job Description:
- Support ISO Manager: Assist the ISO Manager in managing the department’s daily activities and projects.
- Document Development and Maintenance: Help draft procedural documents and contribute to maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Document Control Supervision: Monitor and guide the document control team to ensure proper documentation management. Ensure all document procedures comply with ISO standards and company policies.
- Equipment and Calibration Oversight: Supervise the calibration of instruments and ensure compliance with required standards.
- EHS Equipment and Certification Management: Oversee the inspection of special EHS equipment and ensure proper archiving of certificates.
- Other Tasks as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as directed by the ISO Manager or management.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in ISO implementation and management in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Mandarin is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Specific Qualifications:
- Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) maintenance and internal audits.
- Knowledge of document control systems and ISO-compliant documentation practices.
- Familiarity with EHS standards and equipment inspection protocols.
- Ability to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
