Qualifications & experience
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT
- Have knowledge of IT infrastructure management, IT project management, IT asset management, and IT security management
- Have knowledge about Asset Management, with at least 1 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Experience with asset tracking, inventory management, and procurement processes
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, and report all of IT activity
- Ensuring the smooth operations of the company’s IT systems, software, and hardware
- Inspect, manage, maintain and ensure the condition of all office inventory and equipment
- Receive, manage and process assets procurement
- Do routine documentation and reporting on company assets
