Requirements :
- Bachelor’s in related field preferred
- Having experience in the footwear industry
- Proven experience as an IT Hardware
- Setup/Maintenance network
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues
- Wilingness to travel for business purposes as required
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
Job Responsilibities :
- Installation of client computer systems and software
- Troubleshooting and fixing client computer issues
- Establishment and maintenance of physical and wireless networks
- Establishment and maintenance of CCTV physical cabling
- Maintenance of Windows Servers (AD, ERP, Accounting System, Attendance System, CCTV Server, Email Server, File Server)
- Maintenance of network equipment (Hub, Switch, Router, Firewall, WiFi AP)
- Daily backup checks
- Maintenance of audit items for costumer
- Account creation and management (AD account, ERP account, Email account)
- Software license management (Windows licenses, MSSQL licenses, Email licenses, other software licenses)
- Printer installation and management
- Maintenance and management of attendance equipment (fingerprint and face scan devices)
- Management and maintenance of intrusion detection systems
- Management of equipment repair services
- IT equipment asset management
- Assigned Tasks by Supervisor
