Qualifications & experience
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in IT support
- Have knowledge of IT infrastructure management and IT project management
- Have at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
 
Tasks & responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, and report all of IT activity
- Ensuring the smooth operations of the company’s IT systems, software, and hardware
- Identifying potential issues or gaps in the existing IT infrastructure and driving continuous improvements
- Developing and implementing technical specifications for both hardware and software systems 
- Establish relationships with stakeholders, IT vendors, and service providers, including negotiating contracts and monitoring vendor performance.
