Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve technical problems promptly and support with the implementation of the ERP system.
- Network Administration: Maintain and manage infrastructure, including server, switches, and wireless access points together with the global IT team.
- System Maintenance: Regularly update and patch operating systems, applications, and security software.
- Data Security: Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, assets, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software licenses, and other IT-related services.
- Project Participation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects, upgrades, and system enhancements.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in computer science/engineering, Information Technology, information technology management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Prior involvement with an international business or having studied abroad, particularly in Europe or the USA, will be recognized as an advantageous experience.
 
Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Have knowledge WMS and ERP system (preferably Odoo).
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global IT team. 
- Good written and spoken English language skills.
