Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management, logistics and procurement to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimizing costs, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement a strategic supply chain plan aligned with overall project objectives and budget.
Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to forecast demand for parts and materials. - Understand internal category profile through various analysis covering Internal demand dynamics, spend analysis (SKU, suppliers, purchase price, total cost of ownership model impact to P&L savings, etc).
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Responsible for overall Inventory Management, maintain accurate inventory records for all parts and components & develop inventory control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
– Educational background typically includes a degree in Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
– Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement material management, logistics, or related fields, with at least 3-year exposure in leadership capacity within the coal mining sector.
– Passionate and dynamic individual with strong leadership skills
– Willingness to travel as needed
– Preferably have experience from Food & Beverage/FMCG/F&B Retail/Retail Chain industry.
– Fluent in English both written or spoken.
