Deskripsi Pekerjaan
REQUIREMENT:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Preferably with a Master’s Degree)
- A certified for judicial proceedings (PERADI).
- Possessing at least eight years of experience as a legal manager for a developer, property, or industrial estate
- Proficient both written and verbally in English and Indonesian
- Willing to do WFO policy in Batang area
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Assisting the Board of Directors, management group, and pertinent business units in reducing legal risks by reviewing, advising, consulting, and providing options for legal action
- Performing precise and prompt legal research for emerging internal company challenges
- Examining third-party agreements and offering enhancement suggestions that uphold the objectives of the internal business.
- Assisting in the negotiation of agreements with third-parties in order to facilitate the operationalization of the business activities of the organisation.
- Controlling and monitoring the company’s permits and assets
