Qualification =
1. Bachelor Of Law (S1, reputable university).
2. Age maximum 35 years.
3. Good communication and have good English skill both oral and written, mastering mandarin is a plus.
4. Experience in the legal field and have a deep understanding of the legal regulatory system in Indonesia, especially company law, contract law and employment law.
5. Have excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills, both related to the company, third parties and employees.
5. Have high motivation and be able to thrive in a fast paced and ever growing work environment.
6. Have a good relationship with related agencies and related legal entities.
7. Able to operate Microsoft Office software (word, excel, ppt etc).
Responsibility =
1. Create and ensure the completeness of agreement drafting for all company documents (MOU, NDA, cooperation agreement, etc) and examine agreements from other parties, also filling and organize all documents.
2. Assist in providing legal analysis of all regulatory and corporate law matters.
3. Represents the Company for external legal interests.
4. Handle legal issues that arise during company operations, such as business, contract and licensing disputes.
