Deskripsi Pekerjaan
A foreign investment company (PMA) located in the Special Economic Zone in Central Java is seeking a Logistics Manager with the following qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the manufacturing logistics sector, specifically with companies utilizing bonded zone facilities.
2. In-depth understanding of regulations and operations related to Customs Bonded Zone companies.
3. Actively involved or previously represented the company in the Association of Bonded Zone Companies (APKB), maintaining active communication with the APKB secretariat and members.
4. Familiar with and experienced in handling customs audits.
5. Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, able to effectively lead the Logistics Department overseeing the following sections:
– Export-Import
– Warehouse
– Inventory
– Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)
6. Export Import : Well-versed in the documentation processes for manufacturing export-import, particularly for companies utilizing bonded zone facilities.
7. Warehouse Management : Thorough understanding of warehouse management in a manufacturing context.
8. IT Inventory : Strong knowledge of IT inventory requirements as part of the obligations of bonded zone facility companies.
9. PPIC : Comprehensive understanding of principles and methods in Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC).
10. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
11. Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
12. High levels of integrity and discipline.
13. Well-acquainted with industrial development methods such as 5S, Kaizen Spirit, PFMEA and any Root Cause Analysis Method.
14. Able to join within a maximum of 2-3 weeks after receiving an offer.
