- Supervise and be responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse and logistics
- Develop and improve warehouse and logistics policies and procedures
- Achieve the targets and objectives that have been set by the company in the delivery and receipt of goods
- Manage resources wisely to achieve success and improve the company’s operational efficiency
- Facing challenges and emergency situations that may occur in the company’s operations
- Manage the team to achieve the company’s operational delivery targets
- Evaluate employee performance in the team
- Ensuring that the quality of products and services delivered by the company is well maintained
- Make daily, weekly and monthly reports and always update on problems that occur
- Create policies or procedures for logistics and warehouse activities
- Planning or implementing the management of the goods flow system
- Train delivery department personnel on roles and responsibilities in global logistics strategies
- Addressing transportation, logistics systems, import or export issues, and customer complaints
- Responsible for negotiations related to transportation rates or third-party services and can provide fleet recommendations
- Establish, ensure occupational health and safety and environmental standards in the Warehouse and Logistics Department are implemented properly and correctly.
- Ensure the safety of products, materials, and all activities in the warehouse and logistics department in accordance with product safety standards, comply with buyer safety standards, certifications and applicable laws and regulations.
