Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Warehouse: Set-up and ensure activity of receiving, storage, picking, and delivery based on SOP warehouse process.
- Export & Import: Set-up and supervise export & import, solve various unexpected problems in customs clearance affairs including forwarding to ensure the smooth operation of customers import and export business.
- Audit: Preparing yearly audit for Logistic operation including all documentations.
- Reporting: Preparing stock level report for warehouse, export and import operation.
- Documentation: Implementing and maintaining Quality Management System, establishing SOP and WI including record all documents related with Logistic operation, maintain the updated information pertaining to the newest or updated regulations and modules for Export (PEB) and Import (PIB) activities from Customs system.
- Project Participation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on logistic and able to continuously improve the optimization and upgrading of the customs system according to the new requirements of the customs.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma on any majors. 
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistic. 
- Valid and active PPJK certificate is highly preferred.
- Having experience in the custom, forwarding, export and import is high preferred.
- Have experienced for handling warehouse.
- Have experienced job with an international industry will be an advantage. 
 
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (excel, word, ppt, etc.).
- Have knowledge WMS and ERP system.
- Have knowledge with ISO 9001.
- Have a good analytical thinking.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and communication.
- Good written and spoken English language.
