Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant field
- Proficiency in using warehouse management system and related software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistic management
- Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office is required (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong work ethics, committed, enthusiastic, proactive, attention to detail and accuracy in work to achieve operational excellence
- Fluent communication skills in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing
Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the receiving, storing and shipping of raw materials and finished goods
- Oversee the quality control process of incoming goods and develop a reporting system
- Organize and maintain the administrative activities within the warehouse in an efficient way and make sure goods are issued the production within the deadline
- Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts
- Implement a WMS system from scratch
- Train and supervise the warehouse team to ensure efficient operation as to create a good working environment within the team
- Manage the EXIM activities: container booking, shipping documents and others related tasks
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to the shipments or inventory management
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to assure an efficient way of working
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
