Lowongan Pekerjaan HR & GA Staff – Placement: Semarang
Responsibility
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process Manpower Planning until offering
- Responsible in employee on-boarding process
- Develop and implementing policies on issues like employee relation, working conditions, disciplinary procedures an absence management
- Responsible in HR administrations & personalia
- Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Process BPJS
- Manage and maintain general affairs to support key business needs
Requirements
- Maximum 25 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related major
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Experience in HR Generalist minimum for 2 years
- Strong in HR & GA (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial Relation)
- Good communication Skill & Well Organized
- Good attention to detail, strong strategic and analytical thinking, good leadership skill
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
