Maintenance Shift Engineer
Salatiga
As a Maintenance Shift Engineer, you will take a role as an important link in our maintenance process. We’re looking for someone who has expertise in Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) requirements for Mechanical Packaging System desired and has good analytical thinking in OEE/MTBF/MTTR/FMEA/RCA/5-Why, etc. You have to be able to work independently and in a shift team with a structured way of working.
What we ask
- Must possess Bachelor of Applied Science / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferably have at least 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the F&B/Manufacturing industry & familiar with Packaging/Robot System.
- Good knowledge of continuous improvement and maintenance management systems (RCM and TPM).
- Result-oriented, proactive, decisive, resilient, computer literate, and have excellent communication in English.

Vacancy description
- Drawing up & optimizing maintenance concepts and translating them into maintenance plans.
- Implementing & facilitating RCA(s) and initiating improvement actions in case of repetitive (dis)failures.
- Managing the object structure and maintenance concepts in the maintenance management system.
- Organizing overhauls, evaluating the planned work, and processing the result of improvements.
