Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance
4. Ability to troubleshoot machinery
5. Basic understanding of automation controls and machine mechanisms

– Strong physical condition and the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy production environment
Job Descriptions:
- Operate production machinery in accordance with established work procedures
- Ensure machines operate efficiently and meet set production standard
- Perform daily checks on machinery to ensure all components function properly
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per scheduled plan
- Quickly identify and resolve technical issues with machinery to minimize prolonged production downtime
- Report machine damages that require technician handling to the engineering or maintenance team
- Ensure that produced items meet established quality standards
- Identify non-compliant products and report them for further handling
