Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1.Managing Mall Operations and Tenancy
2.Managing teams of Marketing, Finance Accounting, Engineering, IT, etc.
3.Managing outsourcing for security, building maintenance, housekeeping and safety
4.To ensure smooth and positive relationship with the tenants, suppliers and contractors
5.Preparation and development of marketing and annual event plans and calendars
6.To prepare, review and adjust financial budgets, systems and processes, and monitor performance against budget
7.Managing promotion (Below and Above the line)
8.Reporting to General Manager
Qualification :
1.Age: Maximum 45 Years Old
2.Preferable Education: Master’s Degree
3.Have 5 years experience as Mall Operation Manager
4.Ability to Manage Mall and Retail
5.Ability to exhibit leadership while working collaboratively with different team functions.
6.Good communication skills and the ability to generate idea
7.Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
8.Willing to work in Semarang, Central Java
