A Management Trainee (MT) is an entry-level position for fresh graduates from multi-interdisciplinary in which individuals gain hands-on experience and training in various aspects of management within our organization. Seeking to learn effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, but must already possess personal motivation and strong drive for success, will be essential for success in this role.
Requirements
- Fresh colleges graduates, majoring in Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, and English Language.
- It is an added value if the candidate has 1-3 years translation experience with foreign company with large scale factory in Indonesia.
- Strong reading, written and spoken in English, Bahasa and proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage. 
- Having HSK 6 certificate will be an added advantage.
- Honest, hardworking, initiative, discipline, positive attitude, fast learner, adapt easily.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to spend overtime learning as needed.
- Naturally possess analytical thinking and problem-solving disposition.
- Sufficient (and willing to learn more) communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to drive effective collaborations and healthy relationship with various stakeholders.
- Natural disposition for attention to detail to increase productivity and reduce the likelihood of errors.
- Sufficient (and willing to learn more) planning and organizational skills and knowledge to ensure the company is on track to achieve its goals.
- Willing to travel both domestically and internationally for Training and Employee Development.
