We are hiring Management Trainee (Mandarin Speaker) for one of disposable baby diaper manufacturing industry in Jatengland Industrial Park Sayung Blok F No. 1, Desa Baru Kec. Karangtengah Kab Demak – Jawa Tengah.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
– Strong ability to analyze market trends, data, and operational processes.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
– High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting.
– Proactive approach to identifying and solving issues, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to various business functions and processes, including export-import operations.
– Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in various management tasks, including strategic planning, project coordination, and operational improvements under the guidance of senior managers.
– Learn and assist with the processes of export and import operations, including documentation, customs compliance, and logistics management.
– Conduct market research to support business development and identify potential opportunities and trends in international markets.
– Communicate with vendors, clients, and partners to facilitate transactions, resolve issues, and ensure smooth business operations.
– Prepare reports on various aspects of business operations, including export-import metrics, market analysis, and performance evaluations.
– Engage in training programs to develop a comprehensive understanding of management practices and export-import operations, applying knowledge to real-world scenarios.
