PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia is currently seeking talented individuals to join our Management Trainee Program. This program offers a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to launch their careers. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to prepare you for future leadership roles within the company.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin language.
- Open to candidates from any major, with preference given to Engineering majors.
- Willingness to work in Kendal, Central Java.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- Openness to undergo training in Thailand, Vietnam, or China for approximately three months.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program covering various aspects of our business operations.
- Gain hands-on experience by rotating through different departments and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the company’s operations and business processes.
- Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Analyze data and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Adapt to different work environments and cultures during international training assignments.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
