Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Dong Jin Textile was first established in Korea in 1968 produces fabrics for world-renowned footwear brands., and currently has factories spread across several Asian regions namely in Korea, Vietnam, and Indonesia.&nbsp

1st factory in Indonesia located in Karawang Jawa Barat and currently &nbspwe expanded 2nd factory to Kendal Industrial Area.

Herewith we open recruitment Manager position all division will be placed in Kendal as below

A. Indirect Manager (not related with technical production process)

1. HRGA manager
2. Compliance Responsibility (CR) manager
3. Accounting manager
4. Exim manager
5. Marketing manager
6. PPIC manager

B. Direct Manager (related with production process and well experienced ) in field below

1. Yarn raw material handling manager&nbsp
2. Knitting process used Tricot machineries manager
3. Knitting process used &nbspD/Raschel machineries manager
4. Knitting process used Circular machineries manager
5. Dyeing and Stenter machineries manager
6. QC and Packing &nbspmanager
7. Technical &amp coloring laboratory manager
8. Warehouse of Finish Good manager
9. Maintenance &amp Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

1. Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations

2. Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.

3. Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.

4. Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.

5. Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in each related field

2. More education or experience (5years minimal)&nbsp may be preferred or required.

3. Strong understanding of business management and leadership principles.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

5. Time and project management skills.

6. Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
