Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, implement, and maintain a quality management system in accordance with ISO standards or other industry standards.
- Create and update quality policy and procedure documentation.
- Supervise production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality audits at each stage of production.
- Lead and oversee the QA team, including recruiting, training, and evaluating the performance of QA staff.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to the team to achieve quality targets.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of issues.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D departments to ensure product quality.
- Provide input on product design and processes to enhance quality.
- Prepare regular quality reports and data analysis for management.
- Ensure all quality documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all products and processes meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide support for external and internal audits.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency and quality.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and throughout the factory
