Deskripsi Pekerjaan
 Qualification
– Must have prior experience working as the Head of Logistics (Trucking Operations) for a business-like  DHL or Linfox or one of a comparable company (minimum 5 years as a manufacturing Supervisor).
– Be able to effectively communicate and manage teamwork, particularly the leaders of related divisions (to speed up the product delivery process).
– Ready to relocate to Semarang
– At least an S1 graduate
– Possess a spirit of leadership
– Be able to provide clear reports
– Can boost work efficiency in the associated divisions and decrease vehicle and work equipment maintenance failures.
 
Job desk
– Manage the usage of resources by requirements
– Accurately manage and oversee stock-taking tasks, including classifying items into slow-moving and fast-moving categories.
– Take charge of and be accountable for the Team’s efforts and be prepared to offer coaching
– Create concise daily, weekly, and monthly work plans and progress reports.
