Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Primarily responsible for sea freight export customer service :

  1. Handling sea freight export customer service, understanding customer needs, checking various shipping company schedules, coordinating with overseas branches and other department colleagues to develop shipment plans, arrange bookings, customs clearance, and local operations.
  2. Receiving customer orders, assisting in business inquiries and quoting, arranging bookings, transportation, customs clearance, bill of lading, settlements, and collection of payments.
  3. Creating various documents, entering shipment information and payable/receivable expenses into the logistics system, issuing invoices to customers, and reconciling accounts with various suppliers.
  4. Providing full support and service to the business department, maintaining good communication with the marketing department, shipping companies, customs brokers, and trucking suppliers.
  5. Organizing, archiving, and safeguarding relevant document records.

Job Requirements:

  1. Over 2 year of experience in international logistics and freight forwarding, fluent in Mandarin/Chinese as a working language.
  2. Friendly and polite attitude, diligent and responsible work approach, meticulous in handling various tasks assigned by superiors.
  3. Promptly responding to emails from clients, agents, shipping companies, etc., and completing work accurately and on time.
  4. Timely feedback on issues and effective problem-solving, maintaining good communication with various departments and proactively addressing and resolving problems

工作内容:
主要从事中国、东南亚以及北美的海运出口客服工作
1、负责海运出口客服,了解客户的需求,查询各船公司船期,协同国外分公司和其他各部门同事拟定出货计划、安排订舱、报关等当地操作;
2、接受客户订单,协助业务询价和报价,安排订舱、运输、报关、提单、结算和收款等;
3、制作各类文件,物流系统录入出运信息和应收付费用,给客户开票和各供应商对账请款;
4、全力支撑和服务业务部,并与市场部、船公司、报关、拖车等供应商保持良好沟通
5、整理、归档并保管相关的文件记录。
任职要求:
1、2年以上国际物流货运代理工作经验,中文流利可以作为工作语言;
2、态度亲和有礼貌,工作认真负责,处理各项事务仔细,按时完成上级交代的任务;
3、及时处理回复客户、代理、船公司等邮件,按时准确完成工作;
4、遇事及时反馈,有效解决问题;与各部门保持良好的沟通,积极联系处理各种问题
