Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibility：
- Related customer relationship maintenance.
- Collecting the FCSST from the customer side, combined with the stock status, to create the supply plan ensures supply fulfillment.
- Manage the delivery of FG process, arrange the shipment and packaging plan, and customer system maintenance
- Manage the RM/WIP/FG stock consumption to ensure a healthy stock
- Statistical analysis of various sales data, such as aging stock analysis, attainment report, FCSST accuracy etc.
- Assist in dealing with customer complaints, and manage damaged inventory
Qualifications：
- Strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
- Flexible communication ability, coordination ability
- Proficient in written English, good oral English and listening, and Proficient in Indonesian, could communicate in Chinese will be better
- Good Excel skills and strong ability to analyze data
- Good logical thinking.
- Bachelor or above, Major in English or Chinese, open for the others major.
- Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java
