Job Description:
– Approaching and deal to join campaign
– Handling any concerns and complaint from merchant
– Increase revenue and merchant investment
– Business review to the merchants
– Reach positive Net Promotor Score (NPS) from merchants
Requirements:
– Min S1 education
– Have a minimum 1-year work experience
– Experienced in Sales & Marketing
– Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment
– Proficient in English is a plus
– Comfortable working using laptop and internet
– Great communication and negotiation skill
