Job Description:
- Leading the department to achieve targets set by senior management.
- Make strategic and tactical program planning monthly, three months, and one year.
- Leading weekly and monthly meetings related to target achievement and the evaluation of activities.
- Establish cooperative relationships, coordinate, and consolidate all company partners and stakeholders regarding the management of organic coconut sugar.
- Coordinate with all departments, especially those related to the management of organic coconut sugar.
- Provide monthly or incidental reports to the company on all activities that are its responsibility.
 
Qualification:
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Minimum D3/S1 Science/Agriculture/Forestry.
- Preferably experience in the same position.
- Have an understanding of the principles of organic farming.
- Good leadership.
- Good communication skills.
- Have the ability to do strategic planning.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Qualified problem-solving skills.
- Can work together in a team, and master time management well.
- Able to tolerate stress, have high integrity, and be firm in making all decisions.
- Able to adapt well honest, responsible, creative, and proactive.
- Can develop and create business strategies.
- Willing to work in the field.
- Fluent in Active English and Javanese.
- Domicile Purwokerto Area, Central Java.
