Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation and customization of Odoo ERP solutions to meet the organization’s needs. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- ERP Implementation: Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP modules across various departments including but not limited to Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, and HR.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize Odoo modules to align with business requirements. Configure workflows, reports, dashboards, and forms as needed.
- Business Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows. Recommend improvements and implement best practices using Odoo functionalities.
- Project Management: Plan and manage Odoo implementation projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, developers, and third-party consultants as required.
- User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users on Odoo system functionalities. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions. Conduct testing and validation to meet business requirements.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of Odoo updates, new features, and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend upgrades or enhancements to the ERP system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3 years) as an Odoo Functional Consultant, Odoo Implementation Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, etc.
- Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring Odoo applications based on business needs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage ERP implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
