The Role
As an employee of our company, you will collaborate with each department for complaint handling and troubleshooting. Responsibilities
- Receiving complaints from clients
- Analyze the complaints you get
- Work on complaint requests
Ideal Profile
This position is creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a “get it done” spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
- Education D3/S1 (IT graduate preferred)
- Preferably have at least 1-year experience in a similar division, fresh graduates are welcome
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Have a strong analysis
- Mastering one programming language (preferably python)
- Understanding Odoo is a plus
- 8Understanding IT infrastructure is a plus
