Responsbilities
1. 公司各部门工作日常事务统筹安排及协调,每周例会主持,确保正常运营
Overall planning, arrangement and coordination for daily job of each department in company, host and conduct weekly meeting, make sure operating normally.
2. 公司所有费用的合理支出, 费用报销凭证的审核, 真正确保高效率, 低能耗.
Make all expenditure of company is reasonable, audit reimbursement credential, assure high efficiency with lower cost.
3.公司内规、管理制度的宣导及惯彻执行
Announcement and overall implement for regulation and management system of company.
4. 公司人事档案的稽查及在职人员的监督(考勤、保险、工资),离职人员的离职手续完善监督
employees file audit and supervise all staff on board including attendance, insurance, wage, resignation procedure improvement and completive.
5. 公司各岗位人员工作能力评定及纠查, 确保足够的储备人员。
Conduct assessment and correction for each position employee working ability, make sure enough reserve personnel.
6. 外籍人员的签证、工作证及行程事宜安排及跟踪
Track and arrange visa, working permit and schedule for all foreigners.
7. 市场客户开发及维护、产品售后的跟踪服务的跟进(交期、关务、物流、财务、)
development and maintenance sales market, follow up the after sales service (delivery, export and import, logistic, finance).
8. 品牌客户及日常CR事务安排、稽查及落实
Brand customer and daily CR affairs arrangement, audit and implement.
9·车辆、厨房、保安、后勤的工作安排及监督
Job arrangement and supervision for Car, Kitchen, Security, logistics.
10. 客户来访接待、9S、消防、环保、厂区环境卫生的监督及稽查
visitor reception, supervise and audit 9S, firefighting, environment protection, sanitation of factory area.
11. 其他上级交待的临时事务
other temporary affair that superior assigned.
资格要求 Qualification
1.年龄不超过37岁 Maximum age 37 years
2. 最低学历D3/S1 Minimum education D3/S1
3. 至少有3年财务/行政/总务相关经验 Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Finance/administration/general affairs
4. 能够使用微软Office和会计软件 Able to use Microsoft Office & accounting software
5. 会说英语或普通话者优先Able to speak English or Mandarin is preferred
6. 能够与团队合作 Able to work with a team
