We are currently transforming this vibrant area into a must-visit destination for all ages, promising unforgettable experiences for everyone.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at AWANNCOSTA by AWANNGROUP in Semarang. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure operational efficiency, and implement strategies for business growth and development.Qualifications
- Operations Management, Staff Supervision, and Business Development skills
- Experience in implementing operational strategies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of property management and hospitality industry
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in tenant management, recreation & entertainment business.
