Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What are you going to do?
- Verifying sales order invoice information
- Summarizing and tracking placed orders that have not been shipped
- Tracking the arrival of shipped orders and recording them in the general ledger
- Tracking overdue receivables and recording them in the general ledger
- Organizing monthly AR meetings
- Tracking payments and weekly reporting
- Responsible for settling market fees/ expenses
 
What kind of Order & AR Tracking Specialist are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in finance, engineering & business management
- Previous experience in business or fresh graduate with strong learning ability
- Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
