PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Payroll Officer with the following details:

Requirements:

1. Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, accounting, or other related major from a reputable university with GPA&gt3.50
2. Proven experience as a payroll officer for a minimum of 2 years
3. Ability to handle confidential information.
4. Familiarity with state labor laws (UU Ciptaker).
5. Strong Mathematical skills and detail-oriented
6. Fluent in English will be an advantage

Job Descriptions:

1. Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets
2. Calculating employee work hours
3. Calculating employee benefits and deductions
4. Preparing employee compensation checks using Excel
5. Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations
6. Scheduling electronic payments and handing out paychecks
7. Preparing payroll reports
8. Distributing payment statements
9. Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions
10. Entering new employee data into the company database
