Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Human Resource Management or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll & HRIS, Human Resource Operations field, or related field.
- Fluent in Bahasa written and spoken. Fluent in English written and spoken is an advantage.
- Having a specific experience in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, or related areas. 
- Willing for placement in Semarang
Job Descriptions:
- Calculate employee’s payroll accurately, including salary, THR, bonus, etc.
- Conduct a payroll analysis to see whether the employee’s job fits the salary or not.
- Conduct salary analysis adjustment for promotion employees.
- Make reports related to payroll and increment.
- Register employee BPJS correctly.
- Make Surat Keterangan (SK) for employee’s changes.
- Draft PKWT/PKWTT if needed, including calculating taxes.
- Check the completeness of employee data.
- Ensure our HRIS data, employees personal data and other data (employee’s attendance, leave, overtime, contract period, and private insurance membership) are updated by regular review and monitoring to avoid miscalculation.
- Make analysis and propose improvement and retention programs that are related to benefit programs.
- Ensure that all employees have been properly informed on all informations regarding any updates in the company  via email or any other platforms including announcements, status changes (promotion, job transfer, new employee), holidays and collective leaves, birthdays, WHF schedule (when applicable), and other management decisions.
