- Bachelor Degree of accounting or a relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll
- Understanding of labor regulations, particularly regarding compensation
- Knowledge of PPH 21 calculations
- Ability to manage the administration of BPJS Health and Employment
- Strong Excel skills
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Staff to join HR Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting employee benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Handle the complete payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan: Administer BPJS Health and Employment programs, ensuring all contributions are made in accordance with legal requirements.
- PPH 21 Calculations: Accurately calculate and report PPH 21, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and timely submissions to authorities.
- Attendance Management: Track and maintain employee attendance records, integrating data with payroll systems to ensure accuracy in compensation.
- Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring all payroll practices comply with current legislation.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze payroll reports, providing insights and identifying discrepancies as needed.
