Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Plant Availability, Billing & Reporting Database Engineer
- Monitor & evaluate the Plant Availability Monitoring data and coordinate with related department to support optimum Plant Availability Achievement (as Weekly & Monthly Report)
- Collecting, inputting and evaluate unit status condition into Plant Unit Outage & Derating Database System, and share to related department.
- Downloading, collecting, inputting & processing related data to Unit & Station Daily Loading into Daily Loading Database including Unit Status condition, Jawa Bali System Peak Load, and Other CFPP Generator Unavailable for Unit & System Loading Statistic
- Do evaluation & verification the Monthly or other Periodical Operational Data Output figure and do correction if got any in-correct data. Then put some notification for each main-stream parameter for the previous Monthly Operational figures.
- Coordinate & support with Engineering Team for Preparing Completed Periodical Report documents.
- Collecting, inputting & processing data into Plant Auxiliary & Ancillary Equipment Availability Monitoring Program and assist the superior engineer to solve the problems (Auxiliary & Ancillary Equipment Availability Monitoring)
- Prepare the Monthly Operational data which related to Plant Availability, Export Import Electrical Energy into Operational Monthly Database System. As a support & coordination with other Plant Performance Section Team for Monthly Plant Operational Report Purposes.
- Assist the superior (leader) to do the Plant Net Dependable Capacity Test (Half-annually NDC test)
- Other job which requested by superior, Operation Manager or other higher level
- Comply and obey with Legal requirements related with Quality, Environmental and Health Policy and other relevant documents in the Company.
Plant Testing, Efficiency Monitoring & Fuel Database
- Be person in-charge for Plant & Auxiliary plant regular testing (overall plant heat rate test, turbine heat rate test, boiler efficiency, PF sampling, air heater leakage, feedwater heaters, etc)
- Coordinate with other team for smooth & success of Regular Unit and Auxiliary Equipment Performance Test.
- Collecting, inputting & processing Plant Efficiency data (from PI Osisoft, DCS, Fuel & Ash Analysis, or others) into Plant Efficiency Monitoring and share the result/output.
- Coordinate & support Chemist Team for Daily Coal Analysis and Ash Analysis and analysis during Performance Test. Put the analysis result into the Daily Coal Database and the coal analysis as Plant Performance Test event into Plant Performance Efficiency Calculation Model.
- Share, socialize, give advises to related team to overcome any found problem of Plant un-efficient condition based on Plant Test, Auxiliary Plant Test & Efficiency Monitoring results.
- Prepare the Monthly Operational data which related to Plant Availability, Export Import Electrical Energy into Operational Monthly Database System. As a support & coordination with other Plant Performance Section Team for Monthly Plant Operational Report Purposes
- Collect and Input Coal & Fuel Oil Daily Consumption, Delivery (Unloading) into Coal & Fuel Oil database System.
- Coordinate & support Chemist Team for Daily Coal Analysis and
- Check, do verification and compare the Coal & Fuel Oil Stock Level with Jetty & Material Management Team regularly. Do verification or adjustment if got the stock level discrepancy.
- Support & Coordinate with Jetty & Material Management Team during Coal & Fuel Oil Stock Survey (regular every six month)
- Collecting, inputting & processing data into the Emission monitoring and control, assist the superior engineer Emission Monitoring report (to Government, Owner, Lender Banks or others) and to solve the Emission Control problems
- Prepare the Monthly Operational data which related to Plant Efficiency Conditions. As a support & coordination with other Plant Performance Section Team for Monthly Plant Operational Report Purposes.
- Support Performance Leader and the related department to implement the Company’s Energy Management System as requested by Government Regulation or as a part of ISO 50001 Implementation
- Other job which requested by superior, Operation Manager or other higher level
- Comply and obey with Legal requirements related with Quality, Environmental and Health Policy and other relevant documents in the Company.
Plant Performance Operations Staff 1,2&3
- Downloading, collecting and inputting of Tariff Meters (Main & Back-up Meters) Data and all evident/supported document to Unit Plant Availability status into Plant Availability Monitoring Program. Coordinate with superior if got any abnormality condition which will affect to Plant Availability Achievement.
- Downloading, collecting and inputting of PI Osisoft Daily data and other supported Daily data of Plant Efficiency Monitoring. Coordinate with superior if got any abnormality condition which will affect to Plant Efficiency Achievement.
- Downloading, collecting and inputting of Coal & Fuel Oil Consumption Daily data from PI Osisoft or other sources into Coal & Fuel Oil Database System. Coordinate with the superior and Jetty & Material Department Staff for data verification.
- Assist, & support the superior who be in-charge Regular Unit and Auxiliary Equipment Performance Test. Coordinate with other team for smooth & success of Regular Unit and Auxiliary Equipment Performance Test.
- Assist, & support the superior who be in-charge Regular Net Dependable Capacity (NDC) Test. Coordinate with other team for smooth & success of the Test.
- Assist, & support the superior who be in-charge Regular Tariff Meter Calibration. Coordinate with other team for smooth & success of the Calibration Process.
- Assist & support the Plant Performance superior during preparing Operation Monthly Report
- Other job which requested by superior, Operation Manager or other higher level
- Comply and obey with Legal requirements related with Quality, Environmental and Health Policy and other relevant documents in the Company.
To apply for this position, you shall to :
(S1) in Mechanical Engineering (Conversion Energy)/Pyhsic Engineering. Experienced with a minimum of 3 years in the same role of a Power Plant Company. Having good communication, sharp analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Willing to be placed at Jepara.
