We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the management of both companies in various administrative and operational tasks.
Job Description:
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executives of both companies, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communication, and daily operations. This role requires excellent multitasking, communication, and time-management skills, along with the ability to handle diverse responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives from both companies.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Manage office supplies and maintain organization of administrative records.
Run errands and assist with personal tasks as required.
Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in meeting new people
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and environments.
Proficient in Google Suites (Spreadsheet, Calendar, Meet and Document) and general administrative – editing tools.
Valid driving license (SIM A and SIM C) and willingness to assist with errands.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Neat and Professional Appearance
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role is a plus.
