We’re currently hiring for a Personal Assistant for our client.
Our client is a multinational consumer goods manufacturing company, they produce outdoor recreation and seasonal home decor products.
Responsibilities:
This role will manage all general office administration tasks effectively and efficiently. you will take minutes of meetings and maintain accurate records, make a summary or comparison of a discussion, review submission documents before getting approval, complete tasks given by executives, as well as schedule and organize the agenda for the company’s executives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proficient in English, both writing and speaking
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing accordingly
- High attention to detail and able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in using office software
- Willing to work in Kendal, Jawa Tengah
